Naše rodinná firma zde od roku 2021 postupně obnovuje dům s respektem k jeho historii a původní architektuře. V první etapě rekonstrukce vzniklo 11 prostorných apartmánů, ve druhé etapě byly v půdní vestavbě dokončeny další 4 apartmány, kolaudované v roce 2023. Celkem dnes Marienhof nabízí 15 jedinečných apartmánů o velikosti přibližně 51 až 93 m².
Každý apartmán má vlastní kuchyň, koupelnu, Wi-Fi připojení a dostatek prostoru pro pohodlný pobyt ve Znojmě. Apartmány jsou vhodné pro páry, rodiny, skupiny přátel, cyklisty, firemní hosty i delší pobyty.

Rekonstrukce domu na adrese Studentská 9 probíhá od roku 2021. V první fázi vzniklo 11 apartmánů. Ve druhé fázi byla dokončena půdní vestavba se 4 dalšími apartmány, kolaudovanými v roce 2023. V roce 2025 proběhla rekonstrukce první části fasády a v roce 2026 pokračuje oprava druhé části historické fasády.
Současně připravujeme obnovu dvorního traktu, kde vznikne příjemné zázemí pro hosty – posezení v altánu, posezení s fontánou, dětské pískoviště a venkovní kuchyň.
Na přelomu let 2026 a 2027 plánujeme rekonstrukci sklepních prostor. Do budoucna zde chceme vytvořit wellness pro hosty apartmánů se saunou a odpočinkovou zónou a také místo pro menší eventy – ochutnávky vín, koncerty, firemní akce, oslavy, svatby nebo soukromá setkání.
Naším cílem je, aby Marienhof nebyl pouze místem k přespání, ale přirozeným zázemím pro zážitkový pobyt ve Znojmě.
Spacious apartments in the historic heart of the city
Welcome to Marienhof Apartments, located in a sensitively restored historic house at Studentská 9 in Znojmo. The building dates from 1875 and is protected as a cultural monument.
Since 2021, our family company has been gradually restoring the house with respect for its history and original architecture. The first stage created 11 spacious apartments. A further 4 attic apartments were completed and approved in 2023. Marienhof now offers 15 unique apartments ranging from approximately 51 to 93 m².
Every apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi connection and plenty of space for a comfortable stay in Znojmo. The apartments are suitable for couples, families, groups of friends, cyclists, business guests and longer stays.

Marienhof is more than accommodation to us. It is a historic house with a story that we are gradually restoring so that it can once again serve people, the city and visitors to Znojmo.
Reconstruction of the house at Studentská 9 has been under way since 2021. The first phase created 11 apartments. The second phase completed 4 additional attic apartments, approved in 2023. The first part of the façade was restored in 2025, and work on the second part continues in 2026.
We are also preparing the restoration of the courtyard, where guests will find a gazebo, seating by a fountain, a children’s sandpit and an outdoor kitchen.
At the turn of 2026 and 2027, we plan to renovate the cellars. In the future, we would like to create a wellness area with a sauna and relaxation zone, as well as a venue for wine tastings, concerts, corporate events, celebrations, weddings and private gatherings.
Our aim is for Marienhof to become not only a place to sleep, but a natural base for a memorable stay in Znojmo.

Willkommen in den Marienhof Apartments – in einem behutsam restaurierten historischen Haus in der Studentská 9 in Znojmo. Das Gebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1875 und steht unter Denkmalschutz.
Seit 2021 restauriert unser Familienunternehmen das Haus schrittweise und mit Respekt vor seiner Geschichte und ursprünglichen Architektur. In der ersten Bauphase entstanden 11 geräumige Apartments. Weitere 4 Apartments im Dachgeschoss wurden 2023 fertiggestellt und genehmigt. Heute bietet Marienhof insgesamt 15 einzigartige Apartments mit einer Größe von etwa 51 bis 93 m².
Jedes Apartment verfügt über eine eigene Küche, ein Badezimmer, WLAN und ausreichend Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Znojmo. Die Apartments eignen sich für Paare, Familien, Freundesgruppen, Radfahrer, Geschäftsreisende und längere Aufenthalte.

Marienhof ist für uns mehr als nur eine Unterkunft. Es ist ein historisches Haus mit einer Geschichte, das wir schrittweise restaurieren, damit es wieder den Menschen, der Stadt und den Besuchern von Znojmo dienen kann.
Die Renovierung des Hauses in der Studentská 9 läuft seit 2021. In der ersten Phase entstanden 11 Apartments. In der zweiten Phase wurden 4 weitere Apartments im Dachgeschoss fertiggestellt und 2023 genehmigt. Im Jahr 2025 wurde der erste Teil der Fassade restauriert, 2026 folgt der zweite Teil.
Gleichzeitig bereiten wir die Erneuerung des Innenhofs vor. Dort sollen ein Pavillon, Sitzplätze an einem Brunnen, ein Kindersandkasten und eine Außenküche entstehen.
Zum Jahreswechsel 2026/2027 planen wir die Renovierung der Kellerräume. Künftig möchten wir dort einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Ruhezone sowie einen Ort für Weinverkostungen, Konzerte, Firmenveranstaltungen, Feiern, Hochzeiten und private Treffen schaffen.
Unser Ziel ist es, dass Marienhof nicht nur ein Ort zum Übernachten ist, sondern ein natürlicher Ausgangspunkt für einen erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt in Znojmo.
